Science has now found an evidence that proves going to bed ‘angry’ is dangerous.
According to the studies, any anger and ill feelings after a heated argument could fester into resentment in your sleep unless resolved right away.
A publication from the Nature Communication Journal suggested that negative emotions are reorganized in the brain when a person has no activities running on his brain or during deep sleep.
According to the lead reasercher Liu of Beijing Normal University, “We would suggest to first resolve argument before going to bed; don’t sleep on your anger.”
